In this centrally located accommodation, everything for your family is within reach.
This 2-bedroom holiday apartment is located in the Puerto Jardin holiday complex, close to the center of Puerto de Mazarron and within walking distance of the beach and all amenities.
The complex is a secure gated complex with key entry, and the 2 swimming pools and attractive gardens are exclusive to residents, making this an excellent location for young families with children.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. beds and offers flexible accommodation. The spacious living and dining room is comfortably furnished, with TV and DVD and a dining area for 4 people.
There is also a terrace to the front of the apartment with a patio area where you can eat outside and look out over the gardens and swimming pools.
The well-equipped kitchen has fridge freezer and all small electrical appliances: kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The washing machine and drying room are located on a separate covered utility terrace. there is also a bathroom with shower and bath.
There is an air conditioning system that provides both warm and cold air, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in the Spanish sun in all weather conditions.
The complex of Puerto Jardin has tennis courts nearby and two large communal swimming pools, including a children's pool. However, the safe and flat sandy beaches of Bahía are just over a 5-minute walk away.
Other beaches in the area are also reachable on foot within 15 minutes, and there is a wide range of amenities nearby. The central location of this apartment means that car hire is not essential, although this is recommended for those who may wish to explore the Murcia region in more depth.
However, the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the town of Puerto de Mazzaron, with shops, bars, restaurants, marina, many clean Blue Flag beaches and cultural attractions nearby. On Sundays the main market takes place opposite the apartments and there are hundreds of stalls selling everything under the Spanish sun! From fruits and vegetables to hot-cooked chickens, trinkets, clothing, makeup and more.
The apartment has an allocated parking space, so there are no parking problems for residents. Puerto de Mazarron provides an ideal base to explore the region, and the larger cities of Murcia and Cartagena, with shops, parks, cinemas and bowling alleys are both within a 45 minute drive. The beautiful Sierra Espuñas, a natural park with stunning scenery, is about 30 minutes away and here you can enjoy quad biking, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and many other activities.
Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities.
