Lost keys = £100

No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are not allowed. Violating this rule will result in a £250 fine.
Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the booking are permitted on the property without prior approval. A £250 charge will apply if this rule is broken.
No Extra Overnight Guests: If additional guests stay overnight beyond the number stated in the booking, a £250 charge will apply.
Noise Policy: Please keep noise levels reasonable. Complaints from neighbors may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Cleaning Charges: If the property is left excessively messy, an additional £50 per hour cleaning fee will be charged.
Check-Out Policy:
Delaying cleaners at check-out time will incur a £50 per hour charge (10 AM to 1 PM).
Guests remaining after 1 PM without prior approval will be charged for an additional night.
Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay. By booking, guests accept full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses and acknowledge the option to purchase personal insurance for extra protection.
Internet Service: On rare occasions, disruptions to internet service may occur beyond our control. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Safety First: If you notice any hazards or potential risks, please inform us immediately so we can address them.
No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited, and violations will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
