Luxury Penthouse Alcazaba Lagoon 622 - EHHouse
Alcazaba Lagoon is the first lagoon of its kind in Europe. It is located close to the town of Estepona on the Costa del Sol in the municipality of Casares.
It is a unique residential complex in a modern style surrounded by an exotic garden of 40,000 m2.
The crystal clear 1.4 hectare lagoon, which is bordered by a sparkling sandy beach with sand imported from Morocco, has a pleasant temperature for year-round swimming and you can safely practice most non-motorised water sports. Kayaks, pedal boats and paddleboards are available for hire.
There is also a sauna, a hot tub and a childrenâs playground, which is separated from the water area by a safety glass railing for the maximum safety of your children. A second playground is available outside the water park in the adjacent garden.
You can also use the private fitness centre with a spectacular view of the water area.
Access to the lagoon and all related services are free for guests staying in our apartment!
The complex includes two restaurants located in close proximity to the lagoon. The first is open to the public, the second is private and serves only guests staying at the resort.
Both restaurants offer a wide variety of food and drinks with spectacular views of the lagoon and surrounding countryside.
Accommodation for 4 people is provided in a rooftop, fully air-conditioned apartment in one of the residential villas.
Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious living room offer plenty of space for rest and relaxation on 200 m2.
From all rooms there is direct access to the spacious terrace, from which there is a magnificent view of the garden and the wide surroundings.
There is satellite TV and internet access via private Wi-Fi.
A set of high quality, heavyweight towels and bath towels, comfortable bed linen (cotton/satin mix) and soap, shower gel, 3-ply toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for our guests in the bathroom.
In the kitchen there are coffee capsules (Nesspresso), tea, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets.
Free parking is available directly in front of the house or you can use the private garage under the building.
In the garden it is possible to use the communal swimming pool shared with the surrounding villas. The pool is fenced and only guests or apartment owners have access to it. It is therefore up to you whether you stay by the pool, spend pleasant moments relaxing in the garden or move to the lagoon.
The distance from the apartment to the lagoon is approximately 300 m.
Groceries and other essentials can be purchased at Mercadona Supermarket, which is approximately 5 minutesâ drive to Estepona.
There are several golf courses close to the accommodation.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking in the hills just outside Estepona. Besides the beautiful views from the hilltops, there are also many historical and natural sights to see.
The ski resort of Siera Nevda is about two hours away (the resort provides a full service including ski equipment and clothing hire).
For water sports enthusiasts, there are diving, fishing, paddleboard hire or boat trips nearby.
Adrenaline lovers can also enjoy the newly built karting arena nearby.
Children will appreciate the opportunity to explore the nearby safari, visit the childrenâs park in Puerto Banus or enjoy a boat trip to see the dolphins.
Malaga airport is 88km away, Gibraltar airport 45km.
