Hiding in the beautiful Puglian countryside, Villa Maria Rosaria is a lovely 5 bedroom villa nestled between an abundance of olive groves. Unwind in the open gardens and take a refreshing dip in your superb private pool. The expansive brick BBQ and pizza oven will elevate your alfresco dining, fully enjoyed thanks to the outdoor seating area. Just over 10 minutes’ drive from the villa, enrich your experience of local cuisine in the charming town of Ceglie Messapica known for its thriving food scene. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen are included.
Villa Maria Rosaria is nestled in a peaceful country surrounded by olive groves. Less than 1km through the olive groves, unseen from the villa, is a cattle farm. The villa is just 10 minutes’ drive from the historical town of Ceglie Messapica. In the main square, Piazza Plebiscito, you’re awarded with an inviting selection of restaurants and cafes offering local cuisine, alongside bars to enjoy throughout the day. You can easily get your essentials from one of the several supermarkets and shops, conveniently located on the edge of town. The ‘White City’ of Ostuni is just under 20 minutes’ drive away and with it’s beautiful, white-washed houses and strong defensive walls, it is a must see.
