Villa Loredana offers an idyllic getaway, just a mere 5 minute walk to the sandy beach. This detached villa offers convenience and comfort with its own private pool, enhanced by the Sicilian scenery. The generous pool terrace is perfect for relaxing moments before heading out to explore the town. Additionally, a mini market and several restaurants are within a 15 minute walk from the villa, making it easy to enjoy local amenities. The villa is a short 5 minute stroll from the azure waters of Santa Maria del Focallo's main beach, and you'll find a mini market and several restaurants within 15 minutes' walk. The villa is poised as a perfect base for cultural discovery: the historic town of Modica, only a 50 minute drive away, offers a journey through baroque splendour and is a cornerstone of the Val di Noto UNESCO World Heritage Site, which also includes the storied town of Ragusa. Instead of the coastal resort of Marina di Ragusa, venture into the heart of Ragusa itself, less than an hour's drive from the villa, where centuries of history and a symphony of culinary delights exemplify the soul of Sicily's southeast.
