Free parking space directly outside the property, superfast WiFi, and located right on the waterfront within easy walking distance to the M&S Bank Arena, Albert Dock, Liverpool ONE, Baltic Triangle and many more.
The space
Our marina town house is one of a kind: a luxurious island of calm within the hustle and bustle of the city.

Boasting an open plan fully fitted kitchen / living space with 43” smart 4K TV, two double bedrooms, featuring two 4ft double beds and one kingsize bed, one bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and W.C.

Stay in and cook up a storm, or take a scenic walk along the river to the Albert Dock and explore the many bars and restaurants this city has to offer. Want to chill? Simply open a bottle and sit back, relax and admire the views.

Please note that this town house is located within a quiet residential area, and therefore is not suitable for parties or louder groups.

Please note, you must be 25 years old minimum to book and check-in the property.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire house & car parking space for the duration of their stay. An adjoining gate to the side of the property leads directly onto the Marina and River Mersey.
Other things to note
The town house is located within a quiet residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under the age of 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathroom equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

No pets allowed.
