Nestled in Kypseli, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa offers a perfect retreat for your getaway. The well-designed space includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge featuring a flat-screen TV. Step into the outdoor haven, where a brick-built barbecue, inviting sun loungers, and a table tennis setup await, promising relaxation and entertainment against the backdrop of Kypseli's natural beauty.
To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 85cm wide. The path to the poolside is 150cm wide. The terrace is uneven in places due to the nature of the stone surface. There are a handful of steps to the poolside, and further steps to the BBQ area. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 82cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 79cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
