Sobieszewska Island is located less than 0.5 km away, offering attractions such as: nature reserves (Ptasi Raj, Mewia Łacha), viewpoints, and above all beautiful Baltic beaches and a wide range of services (restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, water schools, bicycle or water equipment rentals).

The apartment is located on the first in a new building. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The apartment includes a balcony.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The living room has a large sofa and a place to spend cozy evenings. The bathroom consists of a shower and a toilet. The apartment is also equipped with a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances - induction hob, dishwasher and oven.
Our guests can use the above-ground car park, included in the rental price.

Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to comply with the House Regulations, mainly in terms of keeping the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 (an absolute ban on organizing parties after 22:00) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.
Each violation of the regulations results in the start of the recovery process through the booking portal and the collection of the deposit.

Our vocation is to offer you an amazing stay in our apartment, regardless of whether you are in Krakow for tourism or business - we offer a stay without bad surprises and disappointments.
Make yourself at home and take care of our place as if it were yours:
1. Turn off the light when you are not using it. Don't leave the lights on when you're out, this way we can help the environment together by using electricity. Our home lighting affects the environment. By keeping the lights on, you increase pollution, which is a major environmental concern.
2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment.
You are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay. According to the guarantee of the host of the Internet portal through which the Apartment was booked - Guests will be charged for any material damage. The list of contents is attached to the rules of this house.
3. Persons not mentioned in the booking cannot stay in the apartment.
Make sure you enter the correct number of sleeping guests. It is also important that we can provide enough towels and bed linen. Guests visiting you in the apartment are allowed. If you have friends or family you'd like to invite, discuss this with your host beforehand.
4. Loud parties, occasional parties and various types of other events are strictly prohibited.
As a courtesy of our neighbors and for security reasons, this venue is not rented out for any special events or productions. Exceptions can be made if discussed and agreed in advance.
5. Before leaving the house, make sure that all windows are closed (in case of rain, water will damage the wooden floor and cause flooding).
6. This is a non-smoking apartment.
7. Late check-out after 11:00 is extra paid and costs €15/70 PLN per hour.
Any disobedience to these rules will result in a procedure in the settlement center of the website through which the booking was made, which may result in a deposit being collected.
