Situated in the village of Southgate, this recently renovated house is close to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and golf courses. With easy access to the magnificent landscape of Gower, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a short drive to historic, bustling Mumbles.
Heatherslade House is a stunning four-bed home that provides spacious and modern accommodation with a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining area, cosy living space, and private garden/patio with outdoor seating and table. The house also offers use of a private hot tub to add an extra layer of luxury to your stay.
The living area is equipped with a Smart TV, providing a great place to relax after a day exploring the beautiful surroundings. The bedrooms are perfectly suited to families; three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, and one has single bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes with drawers and ample storage space. Downstairs, there is a walk-in shower room and toilet, while the upstairs bathroom features both a bath and a shower.
There is off-street parking for several cars and electric vehicle charging available, ensuring convenience for guests.
