This place is a great value for the cost! It was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Great alternative to a hotel room. Good for a couple for a short stay. Only 10 min drive to the grove and the square.

Awesome honeymoon

We loved the quietness of the secluded location. The bed was very comfortable and all the conveniences were supplied for us as well. We will definitely stay there again!

Quiet retreat

Good vacation rental that’s a little off the beaten path, but still close enough to all the University activities. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome!!!

Stayed here for a football game weekend. Very cozy atmosphere. Only a few minutes away in the car for all of Oxford. Very quiet and relaxing. Would recommend 10/10!

Wonderful weekend! Final turn off 217 is a little tricky on FIRST arrival at night if GPS is not working. Peaceful, serene, comfortable & Everything you need! Hope to return!

Great place to stay

Quiet and private. Located in close driving proximity to Oxford. We appreciated the personal touches that David and Terri had done ... like the Keurig coffee K-cups and creamers, shampoo/soap, and miscellaneous toiletries available if forgotten.

Great alternative to the hotels!

We were in Oxford for our sons graduation and our only regret is that we didn’t find this sooner. Hotels book so fast and prices are so inflated during popular weekends. This was super comfortable and a lot closer then Batesville (where we have had to stay in the past). Owners always got back to us right away for any questions.. very quiet and private.. Thank you.

Perfect, peaceful and pretty.

I recommend this property 100%. Terri and David were great. Spent part of day sightseeing and part of day resting. More than expected and exactly what we needed.

Great place, bed was wonderful, would like to stay again

David and Terri, Thanks for a great stay the weekend of April 6th. The suite was perfect! The entrance was cozy. The kitchenette was great. The living room/bedroom area was larger than I thought. The bed was amazing and the towels & furnishing made it was luxurious. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee were perfect. The dirty dish basket was a great idea too. We look forward to staying at your place again.
