Lady Serenity and its hot tub are an entertainer's dream situated at the end of a cul de sac near the bustling Kleinmond harbour with vibrant restaurants, bars and shops. The neighbourhood is secluded and guests can enjoy the best nature has to offer from breathtaking sea views to spectacular mountain views. Hikers, dog walkers and cyclists mostly utilise the road and the coastal path in front of the house, which adds to the serenity of the surrounds. Guests can visit the nearby blue flag status beach!

The seafront doors of the house open wide onto a spacious patio which has stunning views of Fynbos and the ocean. The finely furnished home can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, ample cupboards and en-suite bathroom with a comfortable shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed and has an adjoining bath room with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have king- and queen-size beds, respectively. They share a bathroom with a shower.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining area with 12 seater table and lounge with a fireplace for the winter months. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle and toaster; as well as a dishwasher and washing machine, with cleaning materials. The lounge area has a big flatscreen tv with Dstv and Netflix. Free WiFi is available. The house has a generator as power back-up.

Guests can enjoy the private garden and al fresco dining on the back patio with fire pit braai/BBQ. Guests have the special benefit of enjoying the trickle tub overlooking the garden and courtyard area. Secure tandem parking for three cars is available on the property as well as off-street parking, and the property is secure with an alarm system and plantation shutters in front.

Kleinmond also offers nature trails. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore the Overberg and all it has to offer.
