Bayside A - Apartments is a modern building block offering self-catering units for a flexible and independent stay. Just a 5-minute walk from Paceville, St. Julianâs, and Spinola Bay Promenade, guests can enjoy vibrant nightlife, cafes, restaurants, shopping, and scenic waterfront walks. With nearby bus stops and taxi access, public transport is easily accessible and exploring Malta is hassle-free.
Airport to the property is approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) and offers an ideal base for exploring Malta!
This Studio Apartment accommodates standard of 4 people (single beds) and includes a TV, a desk, and a bathroom and comes with a balcony (inland or no view). No kitchenette.
Additional information:
1. There is a government city tax charge to be paid upon arrival of âŹ0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of âŹ200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only and adjusted to âŹ50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).
3. The building has a lift.
4. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.
5. Parking is available on the street.
6. Paid washing machine is available on the lower ground floor.
7. Gym is open in the building and open from May to September.
8. No daily cleaning for the unit or changings of linens.
9. Monthly rates from 28 nights and above between January and December are excluding utility bills, wifi connection and after check our cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works and lines laundry) are paid monthly in advance.
