The residence is a seafront building. It comes with a not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators. It is located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia. It is in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away.

Each flat has its own parking place.

This lovely 1 bedroom flat with air conditioning is ideal for 4/6 guests. It is on the third floor. It consists of a large living room with a new cooking corner, a TV, a safe, a double door fridge and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower box and an interior window to the building corridor, a bedroom with a double and a bunk bed, a large balcony with side sea view, a covered parking place.
