This villa is at 250 metres from the beach in Lido dei Pini area.

The three-room flat (with air conditioning) is for 4/6 guests. It is located on the 1st floor (exterior stairs) with fenced garden and barbeque. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a television (only italian channels available), a cooking corner (with gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and italian coffee maker), 1 bathroom (shower with curtain, washbasin, toilet, bidet), a bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, an uncovered parking place.

Bibione is a beach town with 12 km of golden sandy beaches. Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
