Renovated three-story residence in a peaceful, green area just 150 m from the beach. Features large balconies, covered parking, a garden, and a swimming pool. The beach is easily accessible without crossing roads. Our one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchen area, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, and a balcony. Air conditioning is provided.

One small pet is allowed: 40 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions.
