We are pleased to welcome you to this tastefully furnished apartment in GrĂ cia with a private terrace! This amazing 70 mÂČ apartment is rather large. The Fontana metro station (L3) is a short walk from the property, making it well-positioned for public transportation.
There is maximum two person capacity in this accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. The apartment offers an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, and washer to ensure a comfortable stay. Furthermore, there will be complimentary Wi-Fi available all across the unit.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of âŹ400 (in addition to the police fine).
