Beautiful tranquil location up on a hillside with stunning views across the valley. Property is located just off a main road up a track next to a small farm but the only noise is chickens. Property itself was spotlessly clean. Good living areas with plenty of space and a nice mezzanine level with a tv and sofas. Kitchen has almost everything you’d need and there’s a nice gas plancha outside on the terrace too. Three double bedrooms with standard size beds. As one other reviewer pointed out, mattresses are on the thin side but we slept well. Only one toilet and one bath with a sit down shower so you’ll need to plan your schedule accordingly. Pool area and pool were beautiful with seating and shade plus a hammock under the trees. Owner attends to the pool every day around 7am (not an issue for us but if you’re up early and conscious of your privacy, make sure you are dressed!). Hot tub saw little use as it was a heatwave but would have been lively in cooler weather. Comms with the owner was limited and it would have been helpful to have precise directions to the property and also a few pages on how to deal with household waste/local facilities. We are used to the different French systems but would have been helpful to know that you need to visit municipal waste sites. Also to note that the owner lives on site in a chalet away from the house but very discreet. Nice tips in person on local markets etc. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily star again.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, ruhige und sehr entspannte Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft und besonders der Garten waren super gepflegt, der Pool als auch Whirpool wurden jeden Morgen von der Gastgeberin gesÀubert und vorbereitet. Der Ausblick ist herrlich, erst recht wenn man im Whirlpool liegt. Es war eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit zum runterfahren. Die Gastgeberin war zudem sehr freundlich und hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklÀrt. Können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Besonders wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. :-)

An excellent property in fantastic surroundings. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, and the facilities are great. The views are outstanding and a few great towns nearby. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful peaceful stay in the Ardeche

Beautiful place, the garden, pool and spa. Everything very clean and comfortable. Viviane is very nice and helpfull. Highly recomended for a lovely stay in the ArdĂšche.

Un cadre magnifique pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour. La maison était trÚs confortable et joliment décorée. Nous avons apprécié Le jardin trÚs bien entretenu avec la piscine et le spa offrant une vue dégagée sur les monts de l' ArdÚche. Viviane a été trÚs réactive . Bien que située au calme, la villa est toute proche de la ville de Lamastre est proche qui offre toutes les commodités nécessaires

Formidable!

nous avons passĂ© une semaine merveilleuse dans cette belle maison. Nous avons adorĂ© la piscine et le bain Ă  remous avec leurs belles vues. L'hĂŽtesse habite sur place et Ă©tait trĂšs arrangeante et accueillante mĂȘme lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s en retard Ă  cause des retards de train. Nous espĂ©rons dĂ©jĂ  revenir ici une autre annĂ©e!

Calme et paisible

Ce séjour d'une semaine s'est passé sous le signe du repos. Maison trÚs spacieuse et trÚs bien agencée avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour se poser (coin télé, bureau, salon....) , un peu retirée et au calme, piscine et jacuzzi trÚs appréciés au retour des journées de découverte de la région. La propriétaire est toujours trÚs disponible en cas de besoin. Merci.

TrÚs belle maison dans la montagne aprÚs voir traversé un petit sous bois vous pouvez découvrir la maison de Mme CONTE qui sera présente pour vous présenter sa maison et répondre à vos questions ,une personne charmante . Si vous aimez le calme la nature et souhaitez une vue a couper le souffle c'est une réservation à ne pas manquer sur place une maison trÚs propre qui correspond à 100% aux photos de l'annonce. La piscine reste à une température trÚs agréable entre 26 et 28 degres et le SPA est top super séjour

La maison est isolĂ©e Ă  flanc de colline. Fraiche quand il fait chaud (mĂȘme si cet Ă©tĂ© 2021 n’a pas Ă©tĂ© particuliĂšrement chaud..nous avons eu quelques belles journĂ©es). 3 belles chambres, une grande salle de bain, WC indĂ©pendant avec lave main. Nombreux rangements, un grand espace en mezzanine avec une belle TV. Des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© Ă  disposition. Cuisine fonctionnelle et une piĂšce avec des accessoires de gym et machine Ă  laver. Bref..Ă  l’intĂ©rieur il y a tout ce qu’il faut
mais le meilleur est dehors ! Le jardin est un paradis pour les yeux
c’est beau
c’est entretenu avec gout sans ĂȘtre tirĂ© Ă  4 Ă©pingles. Des tas de jolis arbres, un terrain de pĂ©tanque, une piscine et un spa avec une vue sublime. En fin de journĂ©e les collines en face sont trĂšs jolies et la nuit regarder les Ă©toiles dans le spa c’est juste top ! Merci Ă  Viviane de partager sa si belle maison. (Elle vit Ă  cotĂ© donc dispo si besoin mais trĂšs discrĂšte si on veut du calme). On recommande ++

nice and relaxing

The house is very convenient for 6 people (with 3 double beds). The outdoor area is very pleasant and green. There is a very nice garden with swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the valley. The property is very private and yet not too far from the nearby town (2500 inhabitants with bakery, butchery and a nice and lively market on Tuesdays). The owner leaves next door and takes care of the daily cleaning of the swimming pool.

Bon dépaysement

La maison et son environnement sont agréables. Seuls bémols: la piscine trop froide pour une piscine chauffée (23/24 degrés alors que nous avons précisé à notre arrivée que nous sommes frileux et que nous sommes habitués à 28 degrés). La propriétaire habite une maison sur le terrain, cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais nous aurions à ce tarif aimé le savoir avant.

Tres bonne experience

Belle residence, avec de grandes chambres et un grand salon. Tout est tres bien entretenus et propre. Le SPA sous les etoiles etait un vrai plus ! Mme Conte est gentille, disponible et arrangeante. Ideal pour s'amuser et decompresser entre amis au milieu de la nature.

Vacances au top.

Séjour au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. TrÚs belle maison avec une belle piscine, un jacuzzi et un magnifique jardin ,entretenu par Mne Comte en toute discrétion. Une propriétaire trÚs sympathique. Je conseille fortement cette location . Nous avons passé 1 merveilleuse semaine de vacances.

Wonderful family holiday

We had a wonderful 2 week break at this lovely villa with our 3 year old son. The villa is absolutely spotless and very beautiful with views to die for. There’s plenty to do and visit around the area and we very much enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again next year. Our host Viviane, although our French is only very basic, was really easy to communicate with, very helpful and discreet and always on hand when needed. Thank you very much again! Everything was perfect!
