This magnificent 60m2 apartment is located on the lower ground floor.
The open-floor living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area and a smart TV with access to live channels and streaming services to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The shared garden offers a picturesque setting, inviting residents to relax and unwind amidst its natural beauty.
The kitchen has appliances, essential cooking utensils, and dishware to meet your culinary needs. The dining table comfortably seats four guests. Additionally, a washer is provided to meet your laundry requirements.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully adorned, and the beds are fitted with complimentary high-quality hotel linens.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge ÂŁ50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
