Recently(February 2020) renovated studio apartment, with a modern urban decoration, in perfect location in short walk to the center (600m) and the sea (700m).
It has Smart TV with free Netflix & fast WiFi internet 100 Mbps. The bed has a super comfortable "California Sealy" american mattress & sateen sheets. We provide a complimentary Spring Water 500ml/guest, a Nesspreso Capsule/guest & luxury bathroom amenities for all our quests.
This studio is ideal for exploring Kalamata, since it is located in walking distance from Kalamatas main points of interest. It is fully renovated in early 2020 with tastefully picked furniture and decoration. The apartment is fully Air Conditioned & it also has environmental friendly heat recovery ventilation. It also has a spacious fully equipped, bathroom. Luxury bath amenities are included. We are certified for our services with ISO9001:2015. The apartment interior is designed by the famous architect Alexandros Kraniotis.
