Ilianas Home is a completely renovated residence. The renovation was completed in August 2020 and now the house is ready for an enjoyable stay.
It is a detached house of 93 sq.m. with a private garden, ideal for holidays in the Messinian capital.
The house has two large bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom (en-suite). In addition, Ilianas Home has the main bathroom as well as 1 wc, so that it can comfortably serve up to 6 guests.
In the spacious living room there is a large corner sofa that can be turned into a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room are located in an open space with the living room and offer great comfort to guests.
The house has fast wifi internet and smart TVs. It also has air conditioning for cooling and heating.
Ilianas Home is ideally located between the center and the beach of Kalamata, in a quiet neighborhood where you will find all the necessary shops.
