Puffin Cottage holidays is pleased to present Y Deri, a lovely modern house situated in the desirable seaside village of Saundersfoot. Spend your days on the beach, sinking your toes into the sand, the waves lapping the shore and the familiar nostalgic chime of the ice cream van in the distance. As the sun begins to set, slowly wander through the village, back to your home from home to relax in comfort.

Y Deri sleeps 6 people and has a generous driveway to fit at least 3 cars. Electric car users will benefit from the 7kw EV charger which offers 5 hours of FREE charging between 12.30am and 5.30am! Centrally located, perfect for family and friends to convene for a seaside break. Within walking distance, Saundersfoot village offers independent shops, restaurants, pubs, confectionaries and a butcher. If you are feeling energetic, there are many water-based activities organised at Coppet Hall beach and Saundersfoot harbour. Take a hike along thePembrokeshire Coast Path
overlooking Carmarthen Bay or discover the pleasant woodland walks on your doorstep. Pembrokeshire has a vast array of activities and attractions to see and do, perfect for keeping the kids, (and yourselves), entertained no matter what the weather!

Enter into the hallway with doors leading into the main living areas and the staircase to the bedrooms upstairs.

Living room: Comfortable sofas seating up to six people with a coffee table and smart TV.

Kitchen/dining area: Open plan kitchen and dining room with lovely garden views. Large table with bench seating for six people opposite the patio doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer and oven.

WC: Convenient downstairs toilet with wash basin and mirror.

Bathroom: Family bathroom with bath and separate shower unit, toilet, wash basin and mirror.

Bedroom 1: A lovely bright room with super king bed, hanging rail for clothes, ample storage in the double chest of drawers and a TV.

Bedroom 2: Single twin beds with nightstand and lamp and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Single bunk beds, bookcase and built in wardrobe with shelving and hanging space.

Y Deri has an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy food and drinks in the sunshine and into the evening.

Parking for at least 3 cars in front of the property.

One dog is welcome. A second dog is welcome at a charge of £25.

Check in is from 3pm on day of arrival.
