Detached house, recently renovated, 74 sqm, with 2 independent bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Located on a quiet street next to 2 intersecting main avenues, in a very convenient location for excursions through the city to the villages of Pelion and its beaches. The commercial center & the port are easily accessible on foot. Within 50-150m from the house, you'll find almost everything a modern city offers. It features high-speed wifi, a smart TV, 2 parking spaces in the yard, or free parking outside the house.

ΑBOUT THE PLACE :

The interior of the recently renovated detached house exudes the romance of another era while simultaneously providing all modern conveniences. It features a small entrance hall, two large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with all modern amenities, and two bathrooms.

ENTRANCE HALL:

It is a small space where the main entrance of the house is located, which communicates with the courtyard via two steps. This space directly communicates with the two bedrooms of the house through two doors.

BEDROOM 1:

A large atmospheric room with a complete bedroom with a double anatomical bed, a work desk, a wall library, three spacious closets, and a handmade sideboard. The room is illuminated by a large window overlooking the courtyard.

BEDROOM 2:

A large room with 2 single beds with anatomical mattresses (latex), which can be arranged to create a double bed or two single beds or a single bed and a sofa or a special corner lounge depending on their placement. It also features a three-seater sofa with detailed straw elements and the corresponding table, creating a comfortable corner in the room. Additionally, it has a desk suitable for work. The room is illuminated by two large windows overlooking the courtyard and the public street. There is also a small bathroom in this space, equipped with a toilet, sink, and a small corner shower.

KITCHEN:

Spacious with wooden cabinets. It features a large wooden dining table, fridge-freezer, electric stove with ceramic safety hobs, electric oven, French coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle, and a large toaster. Additionally, it has a cupboard with an independent shoe rack at the bottom. The kitchen is connected to a separate entrance that directly communicates with the courtyard.

BATHROOM 1:

Very spacious and equipped with all necessary hygiene items. It also has a special built-in area with a shower that, with the appropriate drainage adjustment, can create a low bathtub.

BATHROOM 2:

In the space of Bedroom 2, there is also a small bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, and a small corner shower.

COURTYARD:

The house has a paved courtyard where there is a small dining table communicating with the kitchen, an outdoor sink, and a garden lounge with two large comfortable armchairs. A gazebo made of glass and iron protects this part of the courtyard. A wrought iron staircase at the back of the courtyard leads to a small terrace above the kitchen (the rest of the house is covered by a tiled roof), suitable for hanging clothes. The red house located just behind belongs to our property, is uninhabited, and serves only as a storage space. It is used exclusively by us and only in case there are no guests. A photocell at the entrance of the courtyard automatically lights it for a short period as soon as someone enters this area at night.

Guest access:

In the front part of the courtyard (which communicates with the public road), there is space to park up to two vehicles (of course, if someone does not want to park their car inside the courtyard, they can leave it on the public road right outside the house where there are usually free parking spaces).

Within a distance of about 50-200 m around the house, there are all the amenities typically offered by a modern city, including: a square, a large supermarket, bakeries offering exceptional handmade pastries, cafes, a renowned cheese and deli shop, tavern with excellent food and live music at times, butcher, grill house with delicious treats, souvlaki shops, ouzo bars, delicatessens, pastry shops, bookstore, sports center, pharmacies, clinics, and a church.

Other important information to note:

The house has two independent entrances that connect the courtyard with its interior, providing autonomy for the use of the two bedrooms as well as independent access to the courtyard and the kitchen. The main entrance connects the courtyard with the entrance hall and the two independent bedrooms, while the second entrance connects the kitchen with bedroom 1 and the main bathroom.

A wrought-iron staircase at the back of the courtyard leads to a small terrace above the kitchen (the rest of the house is covered by a tiled roof), suitable for hanging clothes.

The red house located directly behind belongs to our property, it is uninhabited and serves only as a storage space. It is used exclusively by us and only in cases when there are no guests.

A photocell at the entrance of the courtyard automatically illuminates it for a short period as soon as someone enters the space at night.

All beds feature orthopedic mattresses, and all bed linens and towels are made from organic materials, are white, and hypoallergenic.

According to Greek legislation, the following information is required to be provided to the owner:

Within approximately 50-200 meters around the house, there are all the amenities typically offered by a modern city, including: a square, a large supermarket, bakeries with exceptional handmade pastries, cafes, a renowned cheese and charcuterie shop, a tavern with excellent food that occasionally features live music, a butcher's, a grill house with delicious delicacies, souvlaki stands, ouzeris, delicatessens, pastry shops, a bookstore, a sports center, pharmacies, clinics, and a church.
