CASA NEL BORGO is a delightful, cosy and newly renovated flat located in the centre of Argegno, in one of the village\'s most historic houses, internally arranged on three floors.

On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with laundry area equipped with sink and washing machine. On the first floor there is a bright living room with sofa bed, TV area and French window opening onto a terrace with lake view. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with exposed beams and a panoramic lake-view window. Finally, a service bathroom with WC and bidet.

The flat can accommodate up to 4 people, there\'s Wi-Fi connection, it does not have air conditioning but there are fans for the comfort of guests.



ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING

CASA NEL BORGO can be reached by walking up a small stretch of road in the historic centre of Argegno. To reach the entrance you will then have to climb two flights of stairs. Public pay car parks are 150 metres away, where daily parking tickets must be displayed, which we can sell at a cost of € 3.50 per day.



ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGS

Argegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.

On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Lungo Lago di Argegno: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!

There are 2 grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.



GETTING AROUND

Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

In the centre of Argegno, a boat and bus stop will be at your disposal.

Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person.

In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 9.00 / Day.

It is forbidden not to sort waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of €60.00 will be charged.

According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest\'s personal identity document will be requested. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill in the online form that will be sent 7 days before check-in.
