Villino Marisun is a 6-bed vacation home in the town of Porto Cesareo, for rent for vacations on the most famous sea in Salento. Beaches, clubs, services are all at hand.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven. Pets are allowed.

Villino Marisun is introduced by an outdoor space equipped with comfortable outdoor sitting area.
The entrance is into the spacious eat-in kitchen. From here a corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 triple with double bed + single, and 1 twin. The house is completed by 1 shower room.
At the back of the cottage there is a large outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. The sixth bed is on a cot present in the house.
The surroundings of Villino Marisun in Porto Cesareo
Villino Marisun is a vacation home located in the built-up area of Porto Cesareo, a short walk from the seafront, very close to the first sandy beaches and with all services at hand.
The nearest beaches are less than 400 meters away. The municipality of Porto Cesareo has some of the most famous beaches in Italy, excellent seafood restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, as well as all essential services.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The sixth bed is a camp bed.
- Air conditioning is in the hallway of the sleeping area.
