Apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, in the old town and with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower and capacity for 6 people.

Spacious 102 mÂČ accommodation with a private parking space, located in the heart of Benidorm.



It has an elevator, 7 mÂČ of glazed terrace, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, garage, 3 ceiling fans in bedrooms, 1 Smart TV, iron, hair dryer. .

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, location 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burguer King.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

TrĂšs bel emplacement pour cet appartement trĂšs confortable. ProblĂšme de stationnement : une tĂ©lĂ©commande dysfonctionnelle qui ne nous a pas permis d’accĂ©der au parking le jour de notre arrivĂ©e et la seule rĂ©ponse de l’agence a Ă©tĂ© « nous n’avons jamais eu de problĂšme avec ce parking ». Plusieurs jours aprĂšs, lorsque nous avons rĂ©ussi Ă  ouvrir le parking, nous sommes restĂ©s coincĂ©s Ă  l’intĂ©rieur !! Dommage que l’appartement n’ait pas la vue mer, il est trĂšs sombre. Mais son emplacement est idĂ©al !

The apartment was dirty and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Had a 15 minute walk to the office to get the keys and struggled to open the door. Had to get help. Every item was listed as cost of any damage. Only view was a school playground which was very noisy. Avoid

Lovely spacious flat in an excellent location

The location was excellent. Less than 30s to seafront. The house was very clean and spacious. Not enough pots and pans for cooking and some were very scratched and damaged. Hot water ran out quite quickly and needed to refill between showers. The flat was a little cold and dark compared to outside which was much warmer as it did not face the sea. Probably good for summer months though - but my clothes took a long time to dry in winter and had to keep lights on during the daytime even.

Emalco 1-9 4 night stay.

We arrived out of hours for check in(3am) and key collection from the office was hassle free, then a short journey to the accommodation, when we arrived the location was perfect, the accommodation was clean and tidy has was a perfect size for the six adults that were staying, would definitely stay here again.
