UGA move in weekend

This was our second time staying at Cardinals Roost VirginIa Apartment. It’s perfect for our needs and I love the location. Very cute and comfortable place-we much prefer staying here rather than a hotel!

UGA Graduation Weekend

This place was a fantastic choice for our graduation weekend in Athens. It provided a comfortable, convenient, and charming base for all our celebrations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting UGA, especially those looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay while enjoying the city's unique charm and significant life events like a college graduation. It truly made our celebratory weekend even more memorable! Jason reached out to us prior to our stay and gave clear directions about our arrival and departure. Area is very safe and parking was on the street was easy and plentiful. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were in town for a Georgia game and really enjoyed our stay at the Cardinal Roost. The host communicated clearly and the place was perfect. Also within walking distance to several Athens favorites. Will definitely stay again when in town!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cardinals Roost. The neighborhood was beautiful, so many friendly people, and so close to restaurants. Our host Jason was very helpful, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definately stay here on our next trip to Athens!! Cozy, quiet, and convenient

The location is perfect for walking into downtown Athens, and I felt perfectly safe doing so. The neighborhood and home are beautiful. The property had everything I could possibly need and was comfortable. The host provided great reference material on the town which insured I could find the best restaurants and places to visit. Great privacy. Easy and plentiful parking.

We had a lovely stay here during a trip to Athens. The room was clean, and quiet, and had plenty of room for us. There was plenty of privacy in the room. The owner was very nice and friendly. Getting in the apartment was easy and very safe. The apartment itself was perfect. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. They really had thought of everything. It is in walkable distance to Sanford Stadium or downtown Athens- it is a 30-45 minute walk, but it is a pleasant and safe walk. The neighborhood is lovely. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return when we need a place to stay in Athens.

Location is amazing. Space is perfect for two people. Everything about the stay was easy. Quiet neighborhood. Apartment was well equipped. Host is easy to communicate with. He has everything you need written in a book which was very helpful. (TV, heating, air conditioning controls. Clear check out instructions, where to eat, things to do) Highly recommend. Hi, I'm Jason. I moved to Athens in 2000 from the RTP, NC area and am amazed everyday by this city's charms. I teach ESOL at a local elementary school and my wife is a professor at UGA. Although our home is below the apartment, we will not bother you unless you ask us to. When we are not traveling, we like to garden, play games, exercise, and enjoy the treasures of Athens.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

After living in Athens for 17 years and spending some time abroad, I knew the Boulevard area was the best place to live in Athens. It's historic homes and sidewalks make it a lovely, friendly place to be. It's proximity to downtown and Prince Avenue grant easy access to eateries, venues, and shops.
