Outdoors: A decking with a picnic bench and patio furniture and grass all around the property. There is a designated barbecue area on the site (barbecues are not allowed at the property). There is also a children's play area on the estate. Private Hot Tub on the decking. 
Parking : Car parking for 2 cars very close by 
Family facilities: Travel cot and high chair available upon request
Pets:  No pets allowed, sorry. 
General: Gas and Electricity included in rent.
