Villa ALMADRAVA is a large typical villa for 11 people with magnificent sea views and private pool.It is located in Almadrava, Vandellòs i l'Hospitalet de l'Infant, about 200 metres from Almadrava Beach.

On the ground floor you will find a separate equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor a master suite with a double bed (150cm) with access to a terrace and a bathroom. There are two more bedrooms, one with a single bed (90) with built-in wardrobe and sea views and one with two single beds with access to the terrace with sea views and there is a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with three single beds and access to the terrace with stunning sea views.

The villa has air conditioning throughout the house by duct, television (FR, ES, DE) and mosquito nets.

For your meals you will have at your disposal a south-facing terrace overlooking the sea, a charcoal barbecue, ideal for friendly cooking outdoors!

You can park with a car in front of the garage. (garage is still private)There is a small parking lot right in front of the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For any cancellation, regardless of the date on which it is communicated to the agency, a management fee of 70€ will be retained.Depending on the date of cancellation, the refund terms are as follows:

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: Full refund of the deposit, less 70 €.Cancellation more than 30 days prior to check-in: Refund of half of the deposit, less 70 €.Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in: No refund
