The apartment is located in Hollerich near Luxembourg's City Center, the southwestern part in a beautiful up-and-coming tourist destination where youâll be pleasantly surprised by the number of unique sites to explore there. Itâs a peaceful area near Parc de Merl and youâll find easy public transport options to Luxembourg city center, about a 20-min journey by train.
Getting Around:
Itâs about 17 km (a 20-25 minute drive) or about an 35-minutes by bus and walking to/from the LUX International Airport. The bus station are a 5-minutes walk away. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. Weâd be happy to help!

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.
4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.
5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.
6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A âŹ500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A âŹ300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.
8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a âŹ200 cleaning fee.
9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.
10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.
11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.
12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision.
