The spacious living room features a modern kitchenette, a foldable dining table, and two sofas. From the living room, you access the covered veranda boasting a panoramic view of the island of Tavolara , complete with a dining table and benches. The bedrooms, spacious and bright, overlook the internal courtyard of the complex, surrounded by houses and greenery. Within walking distance, you will find all amenities such as bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and beautiful beaches.

Close to major locations: 50 meters from Porto San Paolo, 10 km from Costa Smeralda Airport and the city of Olbia, 7 km from San Teodoro and La Cinta, a long beach with white sands and crystal-clear waters. Other nearby beaches include Lu Impostu, Coda Cavallo, Cala d'Ambra, Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia. Additional well-known beaches in the area include Costa Corallina, Cala Finanza, Cala Girgolu, Lu Impostu, Capo Coda Cavallo.
