CASA Monte Cala is the lower dwelling of three linked properties, it has private terrace with stunning views across the bernia mountains .
The house has been well furnished and benefits from the use of three pools exclusive for guests staying at Pueblo Monte Cala. There is one communal pool 100 meters from the house, then a further two larger pools (with a bar, kids play area) just a few minutes walk up the road.
The house comprises of an entrance hallway leading to a lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private terrace for ĂĄl frescoâ dining. The terrace has a dining table and six chairs.
The lounge/ dining room with air-conditioning has comfortable sofas, TV offering Spanish and English channels, DVD player and a dining table
The american kitchen is modern and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc .
It has three bedrooms - the main one has a double bed with a fan and wardrobes, the second is a twin room with air conditioning and wardrobes and the third has a double bed with a fan and wardrobes. There are two bathrooms - a family bathroom and a shower room.
The property benefits from air conditioning to keep you cool in the hot summer months. There is air-conditioning in the main living area and the twin bedroom.
