The well-kept garden is rich in greenery and is completely fenced in, so that you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun in complete privacy. You can cool off in the beautiful swimming pool, relax on a sun lounger in the shade of an olive tree and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.



The ground floor has an open plan living area with lounge, kitchen and dining room. The space is dominated by neutral, earthy colours and simple lines, which create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is flooded with natural light thanks to two glass walls that open onto the green garden. The corner sofa overlooks the garden and a smart TV, and an additional lounge chair and a fireplace are located in a corner that is ideal for relaxing with a glass of local wine overlooking the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an island with a gas stove leading to a wooden dining table for 6, perfect for sharing a meal.



There is air conditioning in all the rooms of the villa, including the bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Bright colours and simple decoration create an atmosphere perfect for relaxation at the end of the day. All bedrooms have large double beds and 1 bedroom has a private bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Modern furnishings and Mediterranean style decoration create a charming combination of styles, and all bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and hairdryers.



In the green garden you can enjoy the true Mediterranean atmosphere. The manicured lawn is adorned with olive trees and fragrant herbs that surround the pool. During the summer months you can take a refreshing dip in the pool and then relax in one of the sun loungers under the olive tree canopy. There is also an outdoor shower. In the garden you will find a barbecue for preparing summer specialities, which you can enjoy at a large table for 6 people. The lounge area with garden furniture is an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the greenery. Parking for 2 cars is available on the other side of the fenced property.



The villa is located only 2.5 km from the Porton Biondi beach in Rovinj, from where you have an enchanting view of the famous town centre. The town centre is also well worth a visit - Rovinj is rightly one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia, with a rich cultural and historical heritage. For spectacular views, don't miss the viewpoints along the Lim Channel north of Rovinj. If you decide to move away from the coast, a 15-minute drive will take you to the medieval town of Bale, where you'll be enchanted by the narrow stone streets with colourful decorations. Here you'll find some of the best restaurants in Istria. When driving back, don't forget to stop and watch the incredible sunset over the Adriatic.
