The Borghetto is located in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio. Delightful three-room apartment that can accommodate 4 people, it consists of a double bedroom with a window overlooking the garden, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a mezzanine with two single beds and a skylight. A dining area with a kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. The bathroom is blind with a ventilation fan. The bidet consists of a hand shower.
The exterior is for the use of guests only: it has a splendid view of the Gulf of Portoferraio equipped with barbecue, deck chairs and outdoor table where you can enjoy a romantic breakfast under the large mastic tree and the strawberry grape pergola
Guest access
Each apartment has its own private outdoor area with table, chairs and deck chairs. The entire garden of the hamlet is for common use.
Il Borghetto is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of steps.
Children are welcome but should be kept an eye on: the garden is very large and dispersive

We remind you that pets are allowed (with a fee of 5 euros per day) but must be kept on a leash (even with a long rope). Due to the presence of a septic tank, toilet paper should be thrown into a special bin and not directly into the toilet. In one apartment there is a pellet stove as heating - the first bag of leather will be provided by the structure. The host will have to think about the next ones. The stove requires a small daily maintenance which consists of vacuuming the ash with a special vacuum cleaner, this is to ensure the proper functioning of the stove
As soon as you leave the provincial road, a 1.8 km dirt road will take you to an oasis of peace where silence reigns supreme. A splendid view of the Gulf of Portoferraio from which you can enjoy a magical sunset every evening at aperitif time. A starting point to easily reach the countless beaches that the island offers. For trekking lovers, there are paths and the path to rejoin the famous GTE Grande Traversata Elbana. Nearby, the village of Bagnaia offers all the services from catering, dinghy rental, pedal boats, canoes and sailing school
