The kitchen is open-concept and features an oven, dishwasher, one induction hot plate, three gas rings, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a WC on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long.
