Nyligen ombyggt för säsongen 19/20! - The Summit Chalet är en 2BD / 2BA lägenhet på The Corral och vackert dekorerad med mysig bergsdekor, en ingen brasande eldstad och strålande golvvärme. En 5 minuters promenad till Quicksilver 6 Pack Superchair på Peak 9 eller direkt till staden ger alla rörelsefrihet utan behov av "mötesplaner". Bussar eller gondoler behövs inte, men de är tillgängliga. Den privata 5-personers badtunna (inte 2 personer) är professionellt underhållen och ligger på ditt överdimensionerade däck (18 'x 15') med en ny Weber Gas BBQ, nytt uteplatsbord och fantastisk utsikt. Sätt din bil, skidor, snowboards, cyklar, snöskor, kajak och alla andra leksaker du tar med i ditt enorma privata uppvärmda garage. Ägs och utrustas av en Colorado inföding för att dela med dem som tycker om äventyren i det stora utomhus. Det är perfekt för att utforska Summit County och sedan koppla av efter dagen ..

Gratis höghastighets WiFi (85 Mbps och obegränsade anslutningar) kompletteras av en 60 "4k HD Smart TV med Soundbar i vardagsrummet och HD-TV i båda sovrummen. Den nya tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i stugan är avgörande för torra skidkläder nästa dag eller en lerfri Mountain Bike Jersey.

Chalet är en större 2BD på 1100 kvadratmeter, vilket gör den tillräckligt rymlig för familjer eller sammankomster med gamla vänner. I matsalsbordet finns 8 bekvämt för gruppmåltider och sena nattspel eller poker. Ett fullt utrustat modernt kök med bänkskivor i granit ger allt du behöver för att kocka upp det och mata ut det. Gevalia-kaffekanna kan börja morgonen rätt eller använda Keurig för den speciella blandningen och lätt senkvällste eller varm choklad.

Beläget i södra änden av Main Street ger direkt tillgång till staden men undviker sena nattmassamassorna. Alla gäster kan också njuta av den stora 12-personers bubbelpoolen (intill), gymmet, ångbastun, spelrummet med biljardbord, foosboll, airhockey, 55-tums TV och lounge.

Inga bussar behövs men om du föredrar att köra hållplatserna "Breck Free Ride" och "Main Street Trolley" är precis utanför.

Was the perfect property for our stay. Loved that we could walk to town. It had a parking garage which was great. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of hiking. Everything was clean and well maintained.

We had a great stay here with our two kids (12 and 9). The location was super convenient, really close to shopping, restaurants, and fun things to do. It made getting around so easy and not having to worry about parking fees.After a full day out, we loved relaxing in the hot tub or kicking back in the powered recliners (those were a hit!). One of my favorite parts was having coffee on the porch in the morning while a hummingbird hovered above at the feeder.The house had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. We'd definitely stay again!

Best Rental in Breckenridge – Exceptional Stay at Summit Chalet!

We have been coming to Breckenridge for the past four years, and Summit Chalet is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in! The location is unbeatable—just a short and easy walk to both the town and the ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient for both skiing and exploring.The home itself is absolutely stunning. The private hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day on the mountain, and the heated mats on the deck were a thoughtful touch. The spacious living areas were beautifully designed and perfect for gathering, while the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable with updated, modern bathrooms. It was clear that a lot of attention to detail went into making this home a luxurious and comfortable retreat.One of the standout features was the little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable—portable chargers throughout the house, a digital picture frame with daily updates, and so many small touches that showed just how much care went into this rental.However, what truly sets Summit Chalet apart is the host. From the moment we booked, his communication was excellent. He provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants, activities, and even directions, making our trip stress-free. Great Condo!

Without a doubt Summit Chalet is a 5-star property. The location was perfect for both getting to the Quicksilver lift, the ski schools, equipment rental and to Main street. It was a very short walk to both. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay. We were able to sleep our family of 6 very comfortably. My family absolutely loved the private hot tub. It definitely put the condo over the top. Finally, the communication with the owner was excellent. Near immediate response for any questions, etc. that we had. We would definitely return to this condo. It made our trip.

Perfect Breck Vacation

Kirk is an excellent host. He was always available to provide information and respond to questions. He provided a comprehensive packet on the property, amenities and instructions. Access to the unit was easy and my family had a great vacation. The unit was modern, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have 3 daughters ages 5-11. We all found the unit to be perfect, including the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after skiing. There is a convenience store located next door to the condo which was great for odds and ends/snacks/water. The town of Breck is a very short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. In addition the walk to the mountain was also convenient. Overall a great stay, highly recommend and we hope to return! thank you Kirk!

Epic Stay

Wow, what a great vacation! Kirk went above and beyond in his communication to make sure we had the best vacation possible! From the restaurant recommendations to suggesting where we rent ski equipment (which was so convenient and easy) we were able to walk easily to the lift everyday. The house was fully equipped. We enjoyed our complimentary wine and our kids loved the hot chocolate welcome gift by the fireplace the first night! Thanks again for a memorable vacation

We just loved this condo. Kirk was a great host and made everything super easy. Private hot tub was wonderful. Short .3 mile walk to the base of Peak 9. Downtown close for shopping and restaurants too. We'll come back for sure!

Excellent Accommodations and Service

We thoroughly enjoyed Summit Chalet! The owners thought of everything to make our stay was comfortable and cozy. The condo is very well appointed. We had the most amazing time! We made memories that we will never forget. Kirk was by far the most outstanding host anyone could ask for. His communication is unparalleled; he goes above and beyond to be helpful in every capacity. The condo was very clean and the checking in process was seamless. The location is wonderful to be able to walk to the slopes and to town. It was convenient to be able to leave our cars parked for the entire trip. Perfect stay and incredible communication!

We loved everything about our stay! The property was amazing and had everything we needed - private hot tub, comfortable beds and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, large dining and living rooms (even with a shot ski!), easy parking, plus a shared common area with a fitness center and game room. And all of this within a close walking distance to the lifts, restaurants and bars, and shopping. We kept staying how much we didn’t want to leave and how we already want to book another stay. In addition, Kirk’s communication was incredibly helpful - before, during, and after the stay. He really goes above and beyond and shows how much he wants to make sure his guests have a wonderful experience, and memories of a lifetime, which we did! Ask him anything and he will provide very helpful information and even customized recommendations. We had a 2 day travel delay on the way home, and he stayed in contact all the way until we finally made it home and continued to provide very positive updates and tips! Thank you so much!!

Gorgeous Property with BEST host!!

This property couldn't have been more prefect. There was anything and everything we could ever need in this condo! Kirk was by far the most helpful host I have every had with a short term rental! His reference guide was so useful and helped us make the absolute MOST out of our trip!! We had 5 guests staying in this place and never felt as if we didn't have enough room. The hot tub was a big must on our list; and this tub was CLEAN, WORKING, and EASY to use/access. Kirk sent emails every step of the way, sometimes more than 3x/week leading up reminding us to get ski lift tickets, where and when to get ski equipment rentals, as well as reminders to make restaurant reservations!! He even kept us updated on local events and news happening in the area. I couldn't recommend this stay any more, 15/10 recommend. A million stars given!! We will definitely be coming back here ASAP!!

Condo met our expectations!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Breck for our Spring Break. The condo was very clean and check-in was a breeze! From the very beginning, I had great communication with the owner. Kirk was very attentive and pleasant to chat with. We felt the pictures were very accurate and truly represented our wonderful stay! Plenty of space in the family room and having two full bathrooms was key for our family of four! Our children were ages 8 and 10....the walk to the Quicksilver lift ended up being a bit too much. My husband drove to the Maggie each morning and dropped us off while he returned the car and walked on his own to meet us. The walk home from the Quicksilver Lift was rather difficult (for the kiddos)....but not unbearable. Having the garage was fantastic to store our skis/boots/etc each night. We walked to dinner each night in the Village - super convenient location for that! We will definitely plan to rebook when we come back to Breck!

Awesome place to stay in Breck!

First off, thanks to Kirk for the incredible communication before, during, and after our stay! I have probably stayed at 8 different VRBO condos and homes in the last 10 years, and this was certainly one of, if not the cleanest, most well appointed place I have stayed in Breck. I mean...smart TV's in the bedrooms and living room, wireless phone charges all over, Egyptian cotton towels that were so good I had to take a photo of the tag! The location was great! We stored our ski gear with a rental outfit Kirk recommended at the bottom of the mountain...you can (with a good start down the mountain) ski right up to within 100' of the ski rental place, put on your walking shoes, and its just a short couple of blocks or so back to the condo. We walked everywhere we went as you are only a couple of blocks from downtown. Kirk, thanks again for such a memorable stay...we will definitely return!

Fantastic place & owner

Our stay was great before we even got there. Kirk was well prepared and provided tons of great information. He was happy to answer questions as well. The condo was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable, and the hot tub was nice. The bottle of wine and snacks waiting when we got there were a nice touch. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and shops, and to the lift. We only used the car to travel to another mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone interested in a great place at Breckenridge. Again, the icing on the cake was the communication from a GREAT owner.

Great experience

We really enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and specifically at the Summit Chalet. The accommodations were as described. The unit was nice and clean. The host was very communicative. Plenty of room for our family of four. We debated whether to walk from the unit to the ski lift with ski boots on or change into the boots at the lodge. We opt'd to try walking in the ski boots and it was fine...it was nice to avoid the lodge completely and just go right to the lift line. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Fantastic place, excellent location and great owner

We were very happy with everything about this rental. My family and I stayed here over New Years (2 adults, 3 teens and 1 eleven year old). We fit perfectly. The 4 kids slept in the bedroom with the 3 beds and my wife and I took the master bedroom. The location was ideal…we were a few minutes walk to Peak 9 lifts and to downtown. The lift was close enough that everyone walked in their ski boots and carried their skis without complaint. The owner’s communication was perfect. He provided all the info needed in a very timely manner. There was a snow storm approaching the area on the day of our arrival into Denver. Kirk notified me of the storm and advised we should get to Breckenridge as soon as we can to avoid the worst of the storm. This was great advice because we did plan to spend the day in Denver. He also suggested upgrading our car rental to all-wheel drive because of the storm, which I’m glad we did. The extra, personalized touches Kirk added to our stay were a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Excellent Summit Condo

Just returned from our 6 day stay in Breck. The condo was perfect for our family of four (two teen boys17 &14) clean, very close to town, lifts, walking distance to everything. The private hot tub was a bonus after a day of hiking. Kirk, the owner was fantastic with communication. He had great suggestions for hiking trails, local restaurants, he really helped us prepare for our stay in Breck. Kirk is the King of the Summit! Would highly recommend this condo to family and friends. Everything was there to make you feel at home. Hoping to return again!

Before entering the business world, I worked as a chef, bartender, and waiter, which taught me firsthand how to create exceptional guest experiences. Location is everything. I chose this particular spot because it offers the best of both worlds—just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street, yet far enough from the core to avoid the late-night crowd noise. It’s tucked on the south edge of town, which means quieter nights, quicker trail access, and the rare luxury of not needing a car. I park in the heated garage and step into adventure from my front door. It reminds me of ski towns in Europe—walkable, beautiful, and built for freedom.

Whether you're out chasing snow or curled up in the hot tub or electric “First Class” recliners with a glass of wine, everyone gets to do their vacation their way.
