At the front of the villa, there is a spacious walled courtyard garden, which guarantees guestsâ privacy. The shaded veranda looks out over the garden and is furnished with a table and chairs for memorable meals al fresco.
Inside there is an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room which includes a sofa, flat-screen TV and a large dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and washing machine. French windows lead out to the veranda.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. French windows lead from this bedroom out to a rear courtyard.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is an outdoor shower, which is very useful after a day on the beach.

Location
The town of Torre dellâOrso is blessed with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. The villa is just a 17-minute walk from the coast and 10 minutes from the town centre. The town is a laid-back resort with a few clubs and many excellent restaurants catering to all budgets and tastes. There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance from the villa.
The house is a 6-minute walk from the Giardini del Sole sports complex which offers many different sports including mini-golf, tennis, volleyball and five-a-side football.
The city of Lecce (25 minutes) is famous for its wonderful Baroque architecture as well as its Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit, not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping. For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese. Alternatively, there is a market in the nearby town of Melendugno every Wednesday morning (10 minutes)
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just under an hour away by car.
