These recently converted apartments in the heart of Sale, Greater Manchester provide a fantastic base whether working in the area or visiting Greater Manchester. Providing good road access as well as only approximately 15 minutes on the local tramline to get into the heart of Manchester City Centre - the convenience of location without the cost of being in the City Centre itself.Â
The local area boasts plenty of choice for both eating and drinking including canalside drinking and dining options.

The Mancunian is the ideal place to base yourself for visiting Greater Manchester, situated in the heart of the town with plenty of nearby amenities.
The combined kitchen and living area includes a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, large comfortable sofa and smart TV.
The bedroom has a double modern sleigh-bed, with two additional single beds.
There is a double sofa bed in the large living room
The bathroom includes a walk in shower.
Once booked a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability. The property includes CCTV cameras on outside and communal areas which are not actively monitored but do record.
