Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to accommodate your tastes. Coffee nook with local coffee and filters. Bluetooth speaker, soundbar, and integrated smart home solutions (thermostat and keyless entry). Kitchen pass thru window with barstools to work or dine at.

Bathroom has great counter space, storage, and a custom shower with great water pressure and dual shower heads. Bathroom is stocked for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup wipes, blow dryer, q-tips, cotton balls, etc.

Bright sunlight spills thru the windows and black out curtains are equipped in both bedrooms. High speed Internet and streaming channels are available. Games, Puzzles, and books available too!

Outside is a fire pit, shed (to house kayaks/tubes/etc), a large yard, large deck with dining space & chairs. The front patio is spacious and includes patio furniture to lounge and unwind.
