Welcome to DARSENA LAKE VIEW, a charming dépendance nestled in the tranquility of a residential villa overlooking the beautiful shores of Lake Como. This cozy one-bedroom apartment is the ideal retreat for those seeking peace and serenity, thanks to its quiet location and spectacular panoramic terrace overlooking the lake.
The apartment, furnished in a simple and functional style, welcomes guests in a warm and homely atmosphere. The dining area, enhanced by a large window with a breathtaking view, is perfect for romantic dinners or relaxing convivial moments. The bright living room, ideal for reading a book or watching a movie, features a comfortable double sofa bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, making meal preparation practical and enjoyable. The bathroom, with a modern shower, offers both comfort and functionality. The double bedroom ensures a restful sleep, cradled by the silence and gentle sounds of surrounding nature.
The true gem of the property is the large outdoor terrace: a little corner of paradise to relax in the sun, enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends, and be enchanted by the spectacular views of Lake Como. The changing colors of the water, mountains, and sky offer unique emotions throughout the day.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have access to the whole apartment.

The property offers convenient private parking. There are also numerous free public parking spaces nearby, ideal for additional vehicles.
To further enhance your stay, we offer the possibility to rent a 40-horsepower motorboat (no boating license required), conveniently moored in the apartment’s private dock. An exclusive opportunity to explore the lake freely, without having to travel to other nearby towns for rental services. This is an extra service, not included in the accommodation price. DARSENA LAKE VIEW is just minutes from the charming village of Brienno, known for its picturesque historic center and the charm of its lakeside setting. Strolling through the narrow alleys and stopping for dinner at Pizzeria Brienn, located in front of the church, is a real pleasure. During the summer season, the public park transforms into the Lido "La Terrazza 125", where guests can swim in the lake, have lunch, dinner, or enjoy an aperitif by the water. Nearby is also the renowned restaurant Crotto dei Platani, perfect for an unforgettable culinary experience. From Brienno, between April and October, it is possible to take the ferry to explore the most famous villages of the lake. Just 6 minutes away is Argegno, a lively town full of restaurants and bars, where ferries and hydrofoils frequently depart for iconic destinations such as Bellagio and Menaggio. Heading south, you’ll reach Laglio, an elegant village known for its refined atmosphere and for being the summer residence of actor and director George Clooney. Further south lies the city of Como, with its artistic and cultural heritage, while to the north you can explore the scenic Intelvi Valley, ideal for hiking and nature walks.

How to get there:
By car: take the A9 motorway and exit at the last Italian exit "Como Lago". Follow your GPS to the Via Regina state road and in about 20 minutes you’ll be at the accommodation.
By train: from Como Station, take bus number C20 or C10 and in about 30 minutes you'll reach the stop for the village of Brienno. From there, the apartment is about a 5-minute walk.
