Upon entering the apartment, the first thing you see is the living room, equipped with a side table and a comfortable sofa, creating a cozy space for rest. This room also features a dining area with a table set for four people, and is highlighted by its two large windows that fill the space with natural light, making the apartment very bright. At the back of the living room is the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with all necessary utensils. To the right of the living room, there is a hallway that leads to the first bedroom with a double bed, to the left is the full bathroom with a shower, and at the end of the hallway, there is a second bedroom also with a double bed.

The building is located between Plaza de La Trinidad and San Jerónimo Street, just meters from the Cathedral. Its unbeatable location is perfect for visiting the city, as its proximity to various monuments, as well as the main leisure areas of the city, makes it easy to enjoy the gastronomy, leisure, and culture that Granada has to offer.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
