Villa Lavinia is a beautiful house with a private pool and garden in a beautiful area!
Privileged location in a quiet area to enjoy your holidays but only 12km from the beach of Lloret de Mar!

The house has about 179m2, distributed over 1 floor:
To access the house you access via a small slope. You can park your car inside the property, it has capacity for 4-5 cars.
Through some stairs on the right side of the outdoor parking, you will access the entrance of the house.

The urbanization has a small supermarket and bar. Our tenants will be able to enjoy the sports area of the urbanization with basketball, tennis, soccer and ping-pong courts.
