Spektakulära vattnet. Tyst sandstrand med gott havsglas som sträcker sig 1 kilometer. Stor trädgård. Två stora möblerade däck: det främre däcket vetter mot vattnet och är perfekt för att se härliga soluppgångar (därmed namnet på stugan!) och fiskebåtar som transporterar hummer, medan bakdäcket vetter mot ett öppet fält och vackra träsk och är perfekt för att se fantastiska solnedgångar. Det stora sovrummet ger också en fantastisk utsikt över stranden.

Uthyrning inkluderar användning av diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, två kajaker med paddlar och personliga flytanordningar, Weber Genesis BBQ, TV och DVD med spel och videor, och många hushållsartiklar för gästens bekvämlighet (till exempel: grillutrustning, vanlig och italiensk press och Franska presskaffermaskiner, hårtork, handdukar och sängkläder, spis, kyl, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, köksredskap, radio- och CD-spelare, våffelmaskin, riskokare, matblandare, cocktailblandare, fonduesats).

Denna stuga ligger 3 minuter från bekvämligheter (livsmedelsbutik, gas, alkohol, restauranger, fiskmarknad, etc.), 10 minuter från North Cape, 20 minuter från kända och utmanande 18-håls Mill River Golf Course (Golf Advisor: 4 stjärnor, och 5 minuter från 9-håls golfbana i Saint-Felix.

Nyligen renoverat och etablerat som en hyresfastighet.

Oscar och Ophelia the Ospreys och Edmond the Eagle kommer ofta till vår strand för att fånga deras dagliga måltid.

Amazing Location

We loved our stay here. The house was so cozy and we felt like it was a home away from home. The location was perfect, it was great to be able to walk to the beach and have a view of the ocean and the sunrise.

Beautiful Spot

Great location for peace and quiet, sitting on the deck and beach walks with the dog. Hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. Cottage was quirky but very well appointed - everything needed was available.

Exceeded all expectations

Beautiful location. Walk out the door and on to the beach. House was perfect for the two of us. Very clean with everything you need. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful with providing tips to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

SECOND STAY....WILL BE BACK AGAIN

Had a wonderful stay again. This cottage has everything including a beach at your doorstep. My 3 lil dogs and BFF LOVED every minute of our stay. Our only complaint was it was way too short. Thanks again for your hospitality. P.S. The expresso was wonderful as always.

Amazing cottage overlooking the sea! We loved the peace and quiet and walking on the beach every morning. Anne and Daniel were amazing hosts and were very helpful. The cottage had everything we needed for the perfect r and r.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time, excellent accommodations, great host and neighbours (felt like home). My husband was in heaven with fishing for sea bass and us ladies enjoyed walking and searching for sea glass & shells on the long red beach. We will be back. Beautiful view of sunrise and ocean right out front. Beautiful weather. Close to fresh seafood market with great prices. Ate lobster every night, with fresh clams, caught our own sea bass right at wharf down the street. Close to town for all your needs. Excellent location for us to visit all our relatives.

An idyllic holiday

Our stay at Daniel and Ann's cottage was wonderful and met all of our expectations. The scenery , area and beach just where just what we'd hoped for and everything was there to make the holiday complete. Ann and Daniel furnished the cottage with all amenities, plus. What a treat to go to bed with an open window, fresh breeze and the sound of the surf. Merci Ann et Daniel, À la prochaine.

Hope to stay again.

This cottage is in a beautiful location, overlooking the ocean with a gorgeous red sand beach that stretches in both directions for almost 2 miles that our dogs loved walking on every day. The cottage is very comfortable and clean, has all you need in the kitchen (for cooking up some local seafood), and was very easy to check-in with information communicated to us by the owners. A "welcome" bottle of wine was much appreciated upon arrival. Very private, quiet spot. Nice decks on both the front and back of the cottage to watch a sunrise or a sunset. Close to Tignish and lots of fresh seafood to be eaten!!! One of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. We plan to come back to PEI and would love to stay at this cottage again.

Could not enjoy beautiful Tignish

Daniel & Anne were great. Communication with them was quick and efficient. Their home is located right near the beach and has amazing views of the ocean. PEI has had abnormal hot weather and due to that an increase in wood beetles. We were not willing to share our home with them and made the decision to cancel our reservation and leave on day 2. Daniel & Anne showed up right away when we let them know of the problem and were extremely sorry. They put us up in a hotel for the night and offered us a full refund. We hope to return one day to Tignish, it really is a beautiful place.

Splendid sea side views

You really can’t beat the location of Daniel & Anne’s cottage. The beach is but a stones throw away. My family walked from the cottage to the beach every day and loved it. We enjoyed an entire beach almost all to ourselves! We took many walks and looked for sea glass and shells. The back deck is lovely for grilling and sunset views. The property was so clean and well stocked! Loads of towels for the beach and showering. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. 6 mins down the road is the Tignish Co-op great for getting groceries! A few must haves: OFF bug spray for the mosquitoes in the grassy areas. That helped keep them away. Daniel & Anne were very quick to communicate and very friendly and thoughtful, even leaving a fun boat floaty out for my daughters to play in! Thank you!

La tranquillité a l’île du Prince Édouard

Site tel que présenté. Grande plage disponible juste à côté du site. Idéal pour les animaux de compagnie. Situé au nord-ouest de l’île dans un coin tranquille. Superbes paysages. Belle place pour faire le plein de paix et d’énergie.
