Enjoy your next holiday at Villa Lucia in Stancija Kacana, a quiet place in the south of the peninsula, and experience the magic of Istria! This charming villa offers all the luxury of a modern home and can host up to 9 + 1 people, making it the perfect choice for a larger family or group of friends.
This fully air-conditioned villa offers 5 bedrooms, three with double beds and two with three single beds. There are three bathrooms at your disposal, two with showers and one with a bathtub. In the spacious open concept of the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, as well as a living room for pleasant moments spent in the company of loved ones, and a direct access to the yard. There is also an open balcony on the roof of the house, and a covered terrace on the ground floor with an outdoor dining table.
In the spacious yard, the first thing you will notice is the heated swimming pool with accompanying deck chairs, perfect for enjoying the warm Mediterranean sun. There is also a covered grill area for preparing delicious meals at sunset, a lounge area overlooking the swimming pool, a childrenâs playground and a table tennis.
