Apt Parc Del Mar is a delightful holiday apartment located in an exclusive residential complex opposite beach in Sitges. The complex is immaculately maintained and offers 4 large swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens.

It has air conditioning throughout with four well furnished bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. There is a large open plan living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. and two lovely terraces providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining or simply relaxing.

There is a dining table as well as lounge furniture and sunbeds on the terraces. There are view overlooking the golf course with tantalising glimpses of the sea on one side of the apartment and views over the swimming pools on the other side.

ACCOMMODATION

The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 – Spacious Master suite with large bathroom, and walk-in wardrobes and large terrace with a glimpse of the sea.

Bedroom 2 – Double bed with built-in wardrobes, leading out to terrace.

Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes leading out to terrace overlooking the communal pool area.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1 – Ensuite - Bath, separate Large shower, double washbasin, bidet and toilet.

The terraces are large and offer plenty of space to dine and relax.

The complex area features 4 large swimming pools and 2 childrens pools, surrounded by grassy areas with plenty of space for sun bathing and for children to play. The pool nearest to the apartment is your allocated pool

The apartment is located on the first floor with access via an elevator or stairs.

There is one allocated secure underground parking space and the complex offers 24 hour security with a porter.

The beach is just opposite the complex and the town center is a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front.

There are two great beach bars very close by, along with two good restaurants and a mini supermarket with fresh bread.

The apartment is for your use only during your stay.

Vacaciones para disfrutar en familia

El apartamento permite que los niños disfruten de la playa y de la piscina. Envié un reporte con los temas de mejora en el apartamento, desde lámparas, desagües, sillas, etc.

Amazing apartment

The apartment was amazing. Really big. Each bedroom was leading out onto a balcony. The master bedroom had a big bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. There were 2 further bathrooms. The apartment has a massive balcony overlooking the pool, which was great. Another balcony on the opposite of the apartment. There is a little supermarket at the hotel next door with essentials. 2 min walk. The first family beach with beach bar is ca. 5 mins away and then one great beach after another. Walking into the town centre along the promenade takes ca. 25 mins. There is a little train going up and down the promenade but although there is a time table (every 30 mins) it is very hit and miss when it arrives.

Property and location was superb everything within easy reach by walking very near the beach

Was extremely easy to book and get all the details of property staff at VRBO were superb and very helpful was a wonderful stay

Super Wohnung, super Lage

Wir waren Ende Oktober für 2 Wochen in diesem Appartment. Die Lage ist super - nur 2 min bis zum Strand. Der Pool ist direkt vor der Tür - man kann vom Balkon aus drauf schauen. Bis zur Innenstadt von Sitges sind es ca. 2,5 km, aber es gibt einen Bus, der regelmäßig fährt. Zudem gibt es zu der Wohnung kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage de Objekts, falls man mit dem Auto anreist. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt - es ist alles da, was man benötigt und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns insgesamt dort sehr wohl - fast heimisch - gefühlt.
