LOCATION:
is located in Torre delle Stelle - Sinnai (CA), a well-known holiday resort 30 km east of Cagliari and 15 km from the renowned Villasimius. It is reached by driving along the S.P. 17, a spectacular panoramic coastal road dotted with magnificent beaches and coves. Or alternatively, take the S.S. 554 and S.S. 125 to Muravera/Arbatax, a fast, straight road, exiting at the junction for Via Leonardo Da Vinci/S.P. 17 in the direction of Geremeas/Torre delle Stelle/Villasimius. Access is through the second entrance to the village, where the Hotel Il Saraceno restaurant and pharmacy are located. Continuing for a couple of kilometres in the direction of the beach, without reaching it, you reach the junction with Via Lattea. Follow the entire street to reach a dead-end road with a gate for use mainly by the few residents, not asphalted to preserve the landscape, which guarantees tranquillity at all hours of the day and night, privacy and security.
Strategically located 50 metres from the beach, immersed in the local, fragrant Mediterranean maquis, this house offers a breathtaking view that embraces the entire bay of Genn'e mari, Torre delle Stelle's most beautiful beach. Numerous commercial activities are present. Supermarkets, Palmira Shopping Centre, Crai. Bars, pizzerias and restaurants. To name but a few: AndyCoc on the beach & Il Moro, Aquarium, il Saraceno.
CHARACTERISTICS:
overlooks the nearby fine, white sandy beach, approx. 50 m away, which can be reached on foot, in 2 min, via a path through the greenery, among eucalyptus trees.
It is possible to hire sunbeds, parasols and water sports equipment, as well as dinghies with or without a licence, with or without a skipper directly on the beach, where there are also two kiosks open from morning until late at night.
The shallow, crystal-clear, blue and warm water is ideal for everyone, but above all it is safe for children.
The almost always calm sea allows for wonderful swimming and the possibility of practising various sports.
The bay ends with two wonderful cliffs and coves where one can isolate oneself or snorkel and in which one can enjoy the sun, the sea breeze, the transparency and the incomparable colours of the waters of southern Sardinia.
There you can also discover the statue of Christ of the divers, which is celebrated every year on the first weekend of August with various initiatives and ends with wonderful fireworks.
When the full moon is not reflected in the sea, in the total darkness of the night, it is possible to observe the billions of stars that gave the locality its name, together with the Saracen tower, known as Su Fenugu. From the promontory on which the tower was built, you can see the equipped beach of Cann'e sisa.
The incomparable location and the panoramic terrace offer the possibility of having breakfast with the chirping of the birds.
DETAILS:
on the first floor of a semi-detached villa, accessed by a staircase at the rear of the property where you can park your car. It has a fully usable terrace, furnished with a table seating 6, overlooking the sea and the garden with green lawn and numerous colourful flowers, equipped with a brick barbecue.
The living room has a large area dedicated to the fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, toaster, washing machine), a table for 6 people usually placed on the terrace, a sofa that can possibly be used as a single bed for a child.
The corridor leads to the two bedrooms, panoramic, equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets, and to the main bathroom (consisting of toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower).
One room is double, very large, with the possibility of adding another bed/cot, and one is with a bunk bed, which can be converted into two single beds that can be joined.
Ideal for a couple with children or a small group of friends.
HOUSE RULES:
smokers are not allowed (possibility to smoke only and exclusively outside, taking care not to damage the furniture and leave cigarette butts around) and pets are not allowed.
It is not permitted to leave air conditioning and/or lights on when you are not at home.
Excessive consumption of electricity and water will be charged.
Respect and cleanliness of the entire property is required.
Proper waste disposal is requested, sorted according to calendars
We request the correct disposal of waste, sorted according to the calendar (explained in person at check in or sent via WhatsApp), which must be left in the designated area, i.e. on the Milky Way, at the beginning of the ramp, on the designated days.
In the event of any breakdown or breakage of objects, immediate notification is required and not on the day of check out, in order to be able to intervene promptly and ensure a comfortable stay for all.
It is not permitted to stay in a larger number of persons than communicated in the booking, unless consent is given.
It is not permitted to disturb neighbours at night and/or during the hours of rest.
The private road, which is not asphalted because it is subject to a landscape restriction, requires a maximum speed of 20 km/h for the health and safety of residents, guests and children and to prevent dust from invading the adjacent villas.
ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE, ON REQUEST, BY BOOKING, TO BE PAID FOR AT THE LOC:
Possibility of organising diving, excursions by boat, on horseback and by car to areas of historical, archaeological and naturalistic interest in the area, tasting of typical Sardinian products.
Car not necessary, although recommended. Possibility of arranging transport to and from the airport/port.

Bed/bath linen hire € 20,00 per person per week, beach towels on request € 5,00 per person per week, bookable maximum one week before the stay; final cleaning € 150,00 (excluding kitchenette to be paid by the guest), € 200,00 for longer stays.
Damage deposit: € 500,00
Excessive energy consumption, over 100kWH € 0,35/kWH.
Penalty for failure to clean the kitchenette and dishes or to dispose of rubbish in the vicinity of the access located in the private road € 50.

START/END OF STAY: minimum 7 nights, h 17:00/h 9:00 - Saturday/Saturday (other day on request) in the period from 15 June to 15 September. Free, minimum 5 nights, in the remaining periods.
LONG HOLIDAY: 10% discount to be applied for long periods, minimum 14 nights.
In the case of advance bookings for long periods, minimum 14 days, a 10% discount will be applied.
