Welcome to Villa Vesna, a unique retreat nestled in the picturesque St. Peter in the Woods in Istria. This impressive villa, built with a modern architectural expression in 2024, offers an incredible 180 m2 of spacious and elegant living space. Located just 20 km away from the nearest sea and the beautiful beaches of Rovinj and PoreÄ, and surrounded by the proximity of the towns Ćœminj and Pazin, Villa Vesna provides a perfect balance between comfort and the natural beauty of the Istrian landscape.
Villa Vesna features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, providing incredible comfort and privacy. Three spacious bathrooms with shower cabins offer the luxury of modern accommodation, complemented by hairdryers. Villa Vesna also provides a separate guest toilet for added convenience. For a complete experience, guests have access to a washing machine and an iron.
Villa Vesna is open to young groups, with a minimum age requirement of 25 years, and also welcomes guests from the LGBTQ+ community. For your convenience, private parking is provided, and indoor underfloor heating ensures a comfortable stay during colder months. The private courtyard offers two reserved parking spaces, with an additional free parking spot outside.
The most impressive part of the outdoor space is the beautiful pool measuring 40 m2. This refreshing oasis has dimensions of 4 meters in width, 10 meters in length, and a depth of 1.30 meters. Six comfortable loungers by the pool invite you to relax, while the dining table inside the villa boasts seating for six.
For wine and gastronomy enthusiasts, Villa Vesna is situated in the heart of the wine-rich region of Istria, providing guests with a unique opportunity to enjoy wine and gastronomic tours. An outdoor grill is also available for preparing delicious meals under the open sky.
