We arrived at around 10pm after a long, rainy drive and we were so grateful for the milk in the frid

We arrived at around 10pm after a long, rainy drive and we were so grateful for the milk in the fridge and the tea and coffee and sugar. It was lovely to walk into a clean and lovely home. If you love birds this is a wonderful place, the house is surrounded by trees, they are everywhere and the owners fill the feeders regularly. I watched the swallows flying around and feeding their young. This is a place which truly feeds the soul, away from everything, surrounded by nature, but not too out of it as there are local shops 5 mins drive away. The internet is not so good, in living room itâ€™s fine, but elsewhere not so much , our 11 year old and 15 year old moaned a little bit, at first, but secretly I quite liked that and it was good for us all to get away from all that too, even the kids recognised that. I also want to say a special thank you, when we left one of our kids left their iPhone behind and they found it and posted it out to us special delivery immediately.
