Perfect

We have only stayed here once 7-12 7-19. We have stayed at a lot of places. This by far was my favorite. This will definitely be where we stay every year. The owners were excellent to talk to. The condo was very clean. We loved everything about it.

This was our third time staying at this property and it gets better and better. The owner is so friendly and helpful, the property was very clean and the unit is so convenient to the beach, pool and local attractions. Highly recommend!!

Amazing beach access

We had a wonderful time! 4 adults and 4 children fit comfortably in the unit, the check in process could not have been more simple, we had a very short easy walk to the beach and pool (literally just down the balcony stairs), and we were an easy walk to great dining, fun activities, and some shops. The view of the beach from the upper balcony was spectacular.

Literally Beachfront!

The condo we stayed in at Sugar Beach (A10) was literally steps from the beach. It was nicely decorated and clean. All four bedrooms were roomy with comfy beds. The kitchen was small but worked out fine. The balcony was small. The A/C did not keep both levels consistent, and this was the only real drawback. We had to turn the thermostat really low at night and the kitchen/den area was freezing in the mornings. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was a lovely, old complex that certainly beats those overcrowded high rise condos.

Perfect stay for large family

Loved the oceanfront views and close walk to ocean. Had plenty of room for our family with 7 adults. Steps off balcony to pool and entrance to beach was a plus. And great experience with owner , clean room and beds were extra comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great spring break

This unit was great! Very clean and updated! Access to the beach and beach chair service was awesome! Conveniently, located to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Owners were extremely responsive, and answered any questions very quickly. Highly recommend staying!

Perfect PCB Getaway

Easy to rent. The property is perfectly located to things to do and places to eat. Our whole family kids to seniors had more than enlightened to do and the easy access to pool and beach was the best feature for all of us.

Summer Get-Away

Very nice facility. Well kept. Shuffleboard and Tennis Courts right there. Can't get any closer to the beach. Nice clubhouse for those little get togethers. BBQ Pits available and a nice pool what more could you ask for.

Second time & just as amazing

We just left after our second year at this property- it truly cannot be beat. Directly on the beach, beautiful views and next to the pool. The property itself is immaculate, has anything you could possibly need and is large enough for multiple people to stay comfortably. The 2 sets of beach chairs included are also a wonderful bonus. The owner is super friendly and made the process so easy! 10/10 recommmend

Family retirement celebration!

This property is beautifully decorated and the location cannot be beat. All of the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely updated. We cooked everyday in the well equipped kitchen. The outside staircase to the grill area, pool and beach access was so handy too. We will definitely book again. You cannot ask for a better host. Andrea was always responsive and a pleasure to speak with.

Spring Break for the family

Perfect vacation location! The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. It's beachfront so my 82 year old mother could sit on the deck or in the living room and enjoy the view of the beach and sound of the waves all day. Beach access was just steps away. BBQ grills are just down the steps from the condo. The beach chairs/umbrellas reserved for the property were used every day. The entire family loved the condo and our stay in PCB.

Panama Beach Vacation Stay

The property is situated so that you have views of the ocean from two balconies. The ocean is just a short walk away -- and the pool (very nice too) is around the corner. There are two umbrellas and 4 beach chairs assigned to the condo which was really, really nice too. The condo (a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom) was nicely decorated (and the beds were nice and comfortable) throughout and the kitchen was supplied with plenty of utensils and cookware too. The location is such that you are nearby a Publix grocery store and there are a whole host of non-beach related activities (like rides, go-karts, gift shops, eating establishments ) close by too. We definitely plan to stay again next year.

Exceeded my expectations!

If you are considering this property, consider this your sign to book! It far exceeded my groups expectations of cleanliness and couldn’t be any closer to the beach! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, living area and generous sized rooms, along with the location next to the pool and 10 steps away from the gate to the beach. We also loved that it came with 2 sets of beach chairs as we did not have to take as much to the beach with us (this property is convenience personified). Not one negative thing to say about the property or experience and we hope to stay here again next summer!

Our family has owned this Condo for many years. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. There are not many units that are this close to the beach and I don't know if any 4 bedrooms.

This is the only four bedroom on the beach at sugarbeach. It's just steps from your balcony to the beautiful white sandy beaches. There are not many units that are this close to the beach and I don't know of any other 4 bedrooms. You can take the whole family with you and not be crowded. There is plenty of room and lots of activities on the grounds

Sugarbeach has a lot to offer. We are centrally located to all beach activities and great restaurants. Panama City Winery is across the street. Golf is just down the street and putt putt is across the street. Next to night clubs and great restaurants.
