Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Biomass underfloor heating, electricity, towels and bed linen included. Large decked area with garden furniture. 1-acre landscaped grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Stabling and grazing for horses available (at cost, by prior arrangement). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring..
