The space

Liboria Luxury Villa is the place where the elegance of classical architecture blends with modern style, creating an enchanting setting. The 270 sqm villa is spread over two levels and is completely surrounded by a 7000 sqm garden that offers maximum privacy as well as a breathtaking sea view.

On the ground floor is the living area.

⭐️LIVING AREA you will find a dining area with table and chairs and a comfortable living space with sofa and armchairs, this space is ideal for relaxing watching TV or reading a book. In addition, the presence of a double sofa bed offers the possibility of two additional beds.

⭐️KITCHEN Equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals with fresh and local ingredients, the built-in kitchen will be a space where you will find an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, coffee machine with pods, blender and everything you need to cook with ease and pleasure.

On the second floor you will find a comfortable and quiet sleeping area.

⭐️BEDROOMS Designed to offer maximum rest and relaxation, the 3 rooms have attention to detail. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and a comfortable double bed. The other two rooms, one green and one blue, are both twin rooms with two single beds. In the two double rooms, the beds can be arranged as a double (on request). The double room and the blue-colored room have French doors with direct access to the terrace.

⭐️TERRACE this space offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the pool , creating an ideal space for sunbathing or relaxing under the starry sky on warm summer evenings.

⭐️BATHROOMS In addition to the private bathroom in the master bedroom, the villa offers two other bathrooms with tubs, one on each floor, to meet the needs of all guests. There is also a fourth outdoor bathroom/laundry room with shower and washing machine.

⭐️VERANDA is a large, cool and comfortable space with various equipped areas, you will find an outdoor dining area with table and chairs and a large relaxation area with wicker garden lounge, sun beds and chairs.

⭐️GARDEN WITH SOLARIUM in this beautiful space there is a garden with a comfortable solarium, as well as a gazebo, sun loungers and a play area for the little ones, complete with swings and slide. Here you will also find an area with barbecue for cooking tasty grills.

⭐️POOL the real queen of our villa is the splendid in-ground pool, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days, taking a dip and enjoying rejuvenating moments.The pool will be loved by adults and children alike, offering hours of fun and relaxation under the Sicilian sun.

You can easily reach the villa from the Contrada Fiori road. Possibility of free parking on the premises. Only a 5-10 minute drive from the villa are stores and restaurants. Also, less than a 10-minute drive away are the main beaches in the area.

Staying here will give you access to the beauty of this area. For wine lovers, just a 2-minute drive away is the renowned Mandrarossa Winery, with opportunities to participate in tastings at the winery. In the vicinity of Menfi you can also reach Selinunte and Sciacca. Also a few hours away are Agrigento and the renowned Valley of the Temples, Marsala and the beautiful beaches. You really will have so many possibilities to explore Sicily!

Getting around this area requires a car, which you can easily rent in the main airports and surrounding cities. The car will allow you to move independently throughout Sicily with the possibility of exploring new places every day.
